Enable API Access using API Token

The follow steps requires administrative access to your Zendesk instance.

  1. Login as administrative user which should configured as technical account used by the connector to fetch content from Zendesk.

  2. Navigate to Admin Center → Apps and Integration → APIs → Zendesk API (/admin/apps-integrations/apis/zendesk-api/settings)

  3. Enable Token Access

  4. Next, click on "Add API Token".

  5. Copy and save the token.

  6. Use the Access Token for configuring the connector: Zendesk Guide Quick Start - Connector Configuration
