Zendesk Guide

The connector requires activated API access and, as by recommendation, an API access token.

First, ensure that API access via token is enabled. Navigate to https://your-subdomain.zendesk.com/admin/apps-integrations/apis/zendesk-api/settings If it is not activated, activate token access.

Then, add an API token and copy its value for configuration in the connector.
